Ambassador from Kyrgyzstan... Possible house...

Wow, so today the ambassador from Kyrgyzstan came to meet with the district that I teach. It really is a privilege to have him come, but always so intimidating. This is coming from one that rarely sweats, and when they left, wow did I see big sweat marks at the armpits. The reason why they toured the MTC was to see if they would allow missionary work in their country. And I hope that after meeting with this group, they could see that we are kind and loving people. The wife of the ambassador was darling and she and her husband are kind. One missionary asked about their family. They have 6 children! He said, yes but I'm not a Mormon. Everyone laughed. Then one sister said, "Oh, you can be a Mormon" (in Russian) and everyone laughed again. It was a great experience, and I think we left a great impression.

Another great piece of news... Debbie has a great contact in Seattle about the cutest house that I have ever seen. It's a two bedroom and offered for rent at an affordable price. The renters are members of the church and super nice. This is a picture of the living room. Sooo cute. I'm sold, but Dan needs time. Everyone help me convince him! Oh, here is the link to check out the other pictures of the house: house!
