As I was comparing my own knives to the Cut-co knives, I realized how much a difference the Cut-co knives made. My knives stink! Those Cut-co knives cut through everything like butter! If only I could have Cut-co knives! (I didn't buy them, but I thought, if I were living the plush life, I'd buy them!)
Dinner was pizza. Dan prepared the dough and we assembled a variety of toppings for our guests, a loving family of four. As each individual's pizza came hot out of the oven, we decided to give them forks and knives to avoid burning fingers.
Dan likes his crust chewy. Those two little boys couldn't make a dent through the crust with our lame knives! They started stabbing the pizza, causing it to fly off their plates. Oh, if only I had Cut-co knives! Because Cut-co knives make a difference!
Later in the evening the parents spoke about their struggling financial situation...
(eyes re-opening...)
This morning as Dan in his great health biked to his fortunate job, I again chopped up a plentiful variety of vegetables with my knives, and this time, my knives seemed to have done a great job. I realized that some things really don't make that much of a difference, while other things (or non-things) do.

PS. Dan just sharpened the knives and now they cut through everything like butter too :)

I have "life time" warranty set of cook pots(perma life). good quality makes difference..how to cook and taste too! and it is "economic" in a long term.

Хехе, у меня есть один супер-нож Thomas, он режет ВСЁ! Даже пальцы. Особенно пальцы. Когда я только принесла его домой и положила в стол, сестра не знала, что он там, просто положила туда руку и... ой! - кровь! Наверное, иногда лучше, когда ножи не очень острые :-))
Я понимаю, я тоже очень люблю ножи, которыми можно резать кирпич и железо :-)
