Dan in Australia, part 1

Well it seems like Dan is having a great time in Australia, and I am really bitter that I am not there.  These are my reasons why.  I will share some excerpts from Dan's email, adding my bitter commentary  (DON'T WORRY, I'M REALLY NOT THAT BITTER):

Genny!

(REASON 1) I am sitting in the most amazing hotel on the waterfront that overlooks the opera house.  

(THANKS A LOT, DAN!  OVERLOOKING THE OPERA HOUSE!?!?!?  YOU ARE SMACK IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY OF SYDNEY?!?!?!  I AM BITTER!)

(REASON 2) Sydney is amazingly beautiful!  You really need to come with me the next time I get a chance to go!

(I LIKE HOW HE'S TRYING TO CONVINCE ME HERE.  BITTER...)

(REASON 3) Driving on the left side of the road is a little awkward, but I didn't have much drama.  The biggest issue was trying to hit the turn signal on your left (as it is in the states) and the windshield wipers going off (turn signal is on your right here).  

(I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO DRIVE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD IN AUSTRALIA!!!  I'LL JUST DO IT HERE... JK)

(REASON 4)I'm fading out fast because of the LOOOOONG day.  The flight was good, the buisiness class was amazing.  The beds on the upper level were fantastic...

(THE COMPANY DAN WORKS FOR REALLY KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR WORKERS.  I ESPECIALLY LIKE HOW DAN DESCRIBED HIS PLANE SEAT AS A BED.  QUITE PLUSH.)

(REASON 5) Here's some shots of the hotel room.  You REALLY should come next time!  I've also taken a shot of me,unshaven, shaggy haired, and blood shot eyed after the long trip.

(ENJOY YOUR NICE ROOM ALL TO YOUR SELF... YEAH, THANKS AGAIN FOR ACTING AS IF I DIDN'T WANT TO COME.  YEAH, NO NEED TO HIGHLIGHT THE WORD "REALLY".  I GET IT.  BITTER...)
