Today we woke up and ate a lot of bacon and french toast! Why? It's Dan's favorite. And he's now on an airplane heading to Texas (for work). That's right. We went to the first hour of church, and then I dropped him off at the airport.
Parting is such sweet sorrow...
But! I'd rather not pout about it, so I later took the kids to:
The Bellevue Botanical Gardens. It's FREEEE!

It's like... you're completely immersed in nature, and yet you are in
the middle of a city. You're in a forest, but it's public enough that
you don't have to worry about creepy people/animals... A good 45 minute stroll and super kid friendly.
