Current state of being: recovering from yesterday evening's event.
Scenario: On 7/19/10 at around 6pm Jamie is sent to Costco by Katie to buy cereal. Jamie gets pulled over by a cop, sees guns, is handcuffed, and is placed into the back-seat of the cop car for ROBBING A BANK IN SAN DIEGO. Jamie has no idea what he did wrong. Jamie is trying to keep his cool. Jamie is scared out of his mind. Cop calls for backup while Jamie waits. Cops eventually tell Jamie that they are sorry for the mix-up, and let him go. Jamie continues to drive to Costco.
Does this look like a bank-robber to you? Poor, innocent Jaime.

The other day,I saw the "Dr.Phill talk show' and one man stayed in jail for 19 years in the jail as a rapist for mistaken identity-DNA proved it.
He is kind handsome black man that nobody believed his innocence except his wife. His child is now 17 years old grown without daddy.
The girl(who got raped when she was 16 years), Now 35 years old came to apology..
