Sunny Vacation

Do you know what luxury is?
A warm sunny back yard:

This is the rundown:

Sunday, Jan 15th = snow began to stick in our town 

Monday, Jan 16th = we flew out to California (Dan for 1 wk, Elena and I for TWOOOOO!)

The 1st week we were in Cali, there was an ice storm in Washington.
Seeeee?:

I found out that I wouldn't have had electricity for 3 days.  

OH WHAT LUCK!  

And I don't want to rub it in, BuUuUt-

we enjoyed warm 60-77 degree weather at Disneyland and at the beach!
And Elena received a lot of shoes :)

Basically we forgot to use our camera the entire trip.  These are but a few memories from phones!

P.S.  Upon my home arrival Monday, I received a letter from a special somebody concerning a post about my lack of desire to cook and clean.  I bet she, and maybe others prayed for me that day.  Because by some grand miracle I had a desire to put my house in order the very next day!!!  

(I'm not saying it's going to last, but I'm just saying!)
