Today while I finished unpacking,
Elena decided to take matters into her own hands.
That's right, put the kids down for a nap and read a good book!
She's on her way to motherhood :)
Today's post is not on Elena, but on another little child.
Every 1st Sunday of the month, our church holds a "Testimony Meeting." Anyone can come up and "bare their testimony," or in other words, share what they know is spiritually true. Well, at the last testimony meeting, I was so impressed with a little boy.
He came up to the pulpit, started to mumble a couple of words, and for whatever reason (fear, 'stage fright', loss of words?) ran out of the chapel. About 10 minutes later, he returned to the pulpit, but this time, with his mother by his side. With her close presence and an occasional whisper in his ear, he had the courage to speak in front of the congregation.
The comfort from his mother gave this little boy great courage and strength to do what he was unable to do on his own. As I observed this, I thought And with The Comforter (aka The Spirit/ The Holy Ghost), I can do things that I normally would not be able to do on my own. How important it is to be worthy, so that the Spirit can be by my side.
I learned a lot from that little boy.

So sweet!! I was impressed he went back up to. Nathan saw him get up, and it gave Nate the courage to go up there and say his sweet little testimony. Thank you Avery! (THat was the little boy!)
I know... such a powerful story!
That's really sweet. We truly can be led by a little child.
When I see Elena, How sweet girl she became...
When she is close to Mom,
just happy can be..
I love to see her peaceful face..
God gave gift to every child.
a gift of Mom!
Then we grow up..
God gave us gift.
A gift of Holy Ghost..
Who comfort us, with great peace..
Then,I love Jesus who made all this things possible.
What can I say, Seems like all things are related.
