Elena's discovery at Redondo Beach, CA

Today Auntie Debbie (not in pic), Kylee, Elena and I went to the beach near my parents' house.
This is us on the bus:
This is Elena and Kylee playing in the sand with the gross seaweed:

And this is the 2-foot-long dead bird that I mistook for the above seaweed as Elena was carrying it to us,
head dangling to the floor:
As we screamed, "DROP IT!", Elena kept saying, "Pretty bird, pretty bird."
 It was so gross.

Two references come to mind: The movie ACE VENTURA: PET DETECTIVE, and the book OF MICE AND MEN. LOL

That is why Little children are so sweet..so tender... so lovable!

Wow... that is disgusting! In line with what Mindy said, another Jim Carrey movie comes to mind: "Dumb and Dumber." Remember when that kid is talking to the dead bird saying "pretty bird, pretty bird?" Oh, kids!
