Deception Pass (Whidbey Island -- Fidalgo Island)

How did I forget to post this Washington memory with Lisa?  

LISAAAA!

Dan likes to call her my girlfriend.

Deception pass is a wonderful place to visit all year round.
Since it's off the Puget Sound, the temperature doesn't fluctuate so extreme. 

We arrived with some overcast weather, but it cleared.

There's hiking, fishing, throwing rocks in water, picnicking, (Elena is in my belly)

Watching boats cross the pass. 

Might as well get the ferrying in there as well on the way home.

 

   Good times.
