Just trying to wrap up a couple of things that have happened in February.
Before Dan left for Missouri, we did a Valentine themed FHE and wrote love notes to each other. We displayed our heart notes above some of Elena's art. Isn't her art lovely?
Speaking of art, the picture below is currently on Elena's door. What does it mean?
"No Mommy Allowed."
What have I done to deserve such treatment??? She recently has been blessing Michael and Daddy in her prayers, purposely leaving Mommy out. I threatened to go on a long vacation, but then she started crying, "No, don't leave!!!". Tears streaming down her face. I'm so confused.
For Christmas, Dan received a "Shitake Mushroom growing kit" from his parents. He spent the last month growing them, and cooked a couple the other day. His stomach felt a little queasy, so... in fear of poisoning himself, he threw the lot away. He still valued the watering of the shrooms with Elena. Quality time?
Also for Christmas, Elena and Michael both received cash from Great Grandma Foulger. She asked us parents for a report post-purchase. Well, we are excited to thank her for this lovely mid-sized trampoline that arrived yesterday!
THE KIDS LOVE IT!
And as mom is turning into more of a homebody, the kids will now be more content at home.

WIN WIN!
Here is Michael, trying to break out of the safety net. He looks like a mad-man. :)
Oh yeah! This mad-man now attends nursery at church! He's a little screamer when dropped off...
Oh! Oh! He just climbed out of his packnplay (that's where he sleeps). The cage no longer hold him. NOOOOO!

Saturday night, Dan and I went to our Stake's "Sweetheart ball". It was really fun. We went to the first hour's "Dance lesson" and learned basic swing dance! It's fun being able to actually dance together now!
FEBRUARY!
