This Friday and Saturday we had a ward camp-out, which was super fun. Elena and Michael enjoyed being outside, running all over the place. The camp was at "Ensign Ranch", which is church owned. Activities offered were: canoeing, rock wall climbing, horse back riding, and slip-and-sliding! Dan pulled Elena around on a horse for 15 minutes, and they all enjoyed the giant slip and slide. The children slept well! I slept well once I fell alseep! Dan did not sleep well.... hehehe. It was just fun to get together with the ward, play games, eat together and roast s'mores together.
Elena and I slept in one tent. (I was on an air mattress!) And Dan slept with Michael in the other tent. (Dan's air mattress deflated during the night, hehehe)
