Sickness, Dealing with Sickness

SICKNESS (Genny):

I was sick, and Dan took care of me by working overtime and leaving me home............
La la la. Oh wait, he ran and got me orange juice when he was late for his LONG day at work. What a great guy. So Monday I was DEAD- slept from 11am - 10pm, then I went to bed and slept till 11am. That's practically 24 hours! Wow, boy I was sick. Tues I was half functional, and Wednesday I managed to go into work at WIC. I really enjoy this WIC clinic because I get to speak in Spanish most of the time. Also, now that I am prego, I am learning a ton of stuff about nutrition for Pregnant moms, children and infants. I will be a pro and if you have any questions, you can come to me! Part two of my sickness, I threw up after a church dinner activity on Friday. It was like a gallon of food--which makes me think, why am I eating a gallon of food at a time? Anyway, I think I threw up because during the activity we were dancing and my tummy didn't like that.

Dealing with Sickness(Daniel): Hi, this is Dan. At the activity on Friday, I was making lasagna. It had just finished and I put together a bowl to eat. After the first few bites, Genny came running at me distressed. She said, DANIEL! We have to go, I feel so sick! I've been laying down in the ladies room! DON'T BRING YOUR LASAGNA! Out we went, and off we drove home. On the way, she said, "OH! I'm going to throw up!" I swerved off the road and jammed on the brakes! Genny threw open the door and...
Any way, Genny missed the car and then we went home and watched Oliver twist!
She was eating popcorn and feeling better halfway through the movie.
The end.

Anyway, :) The snow outside is beautiful! Flakes larger than silver dollars.

Cheers!

I'm so sorry you are feeling so sick Genny. Pero tengo que admitir que es un poco chistozo, porque nunca te enfermas, y ahora si sabes como se siente estar como muerto. Dan no lo va a olvidar nunca. Ya pronto asara mi hermanita querida, ya pronto.

Ummm, uh-oh.....welcome to pregnancy!! You will probably never want lasagna again. You will find you are more than happy when you have food to puke up though, stomach acid is way worse. That's exactly why my "I want 4 kids" turned into "I don't know if I can have more than our 2"!
