Since we didn't go down to California in December, I took a quick weekend trip in January. Dad got to meet Charlie, and we celebrated Mom's 65th birthday. Ashley gave mom glass cups, Debbie flew in from Virginia, and Michael introduced us to new beautiful girlfriend Amber. Grandma Ivy got to meet her great grandson as well. I am proud to say that she is now 105 years old. Unfortunately Katie and Jamie couldn't make it.
My dad is super proud of Charlie's name. Charles is my Dad's middle name, and Quintin is Dan's dad's name. My dad really admires Quin, so he really is honored that Charlie's name connects the two of them.
